It's Outdoor Week!
Today we read one of my favorite books, The Giving Tree. We talked about what it means to be a giving friend and created a giving tree with our ideas. We extended this reading into an outdoor Writer's Workshop and sketched some stories similarly to the illustrations from The Giving Tree.
